>> Generally admission into this course is done through entrance examination that is conducted by this university.

>> For this, you are required to meet the basic eligibility criteria first of all.
* You should have obtained a Master's Degree in the concerned subject or related field with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university.
(or)
>> You should have qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by University Grants Commission (UGC)
then you can apply for admission for PhD Degree at any time during the academic year.

>> Besides this, you are required to appear in entrance test that is conducted by this College and it is Research Entrance Test (RET).

>> Qualifying RET is a mandatory requirement for enrollment and until the stage that admission shall be treated as Provisional.
