Admission procedure to study PhD(Water Resources Engineering) in Jaypee University of Information Technology?

As far as my best knowledge is concerned, PhD(Water Resources Engineering) is not available in Jaypee University of Information Technology. Jaypee University of Information Technology offers following PhD programs:
