Am i eligible for LP cet after completing exams in Dhakshina Bharata Hindi Pracharasabha?


I have completed hindi exams in dhakshina bharata hindi pracharasabha. I have passed 10th and Inter as second language hindi. But not in degree. I have choosen sanskrit. Am i eligible for LP cet?
