I want to know about the best university for doing PhD in Hindi through distance learning. What is the fee structure and syllabus and what is the procedure for admission?

You can apply for admission in various Universities and fee vary from one university to other. If you get admission in a government University then fee will be very reasonable compared to private universities. Ph.D is a research programme and you have to use every possible study material to prepare your thesis it is not limited to any syllabus.

You can get admission on the basis of NET/SLET/JRF score and interview which is conducted by the University. Just apply for admission on a prescribed format when the notification is released.
