I did my B.E. in Mechanical from NIT,Surathkal, formerly KREC,Surathkal in 1993. I did Post Graduation Diploma in Steel Technology (PGDST), a one year residential course from IIT, Kgp in 2009. I am working in SAIL, Bhilai unit (Chattisgarh). I want to do PhD in Optimising in Steel Processes. Please guide me whether I am qualified to register for a PhD in any University in India, if not what is the best alternative. Thankyou.
