Sir/Madam, Can you please tell me I can do PhD without giving entrance exam from IGNOU. I have completed M.Phil in Psychology and now I am interested to do PhD from IGNOU. Kindly let me know asap.

No, you cannot apply for PhD course without qualifying in the PhD entrance examination.
You must have to appear and qualify in the entrance examination in order to pursue PhD course in Psychology.
Candidates those who have completed their Masters degree in the relevant field from a recognized University with a minimum of 55% of marks in it are eligible to appear in the UGC-NET examination.

Sir/Madam I am appearing for MA psychology second year this December. Am I eligible for PhD entrance exam or may I fill the entrance form of PhD psychology ?
