Can I study PhD(Biotechnology) in Shoolini University with stipend?
Hi, I have completed my MPhil in Biotechnology from Himachal Pradesh University. Now I want to enroll myself in Shoolini University for PhD program. I want to know that I can get stipend for doing PhD in Shoolini University or not?
