Sir, I have already finished M.Sc in Counselling Psychology and now I am doing counselling and psycho education classes for parents, teachers, children and youth. Now I think to do M.Phil in Clinical Psychology and after that PhD in family related area. Am I eligible to do M.Phil in Clinical Psychology? Which university will allow me?

I am happy to tell you that definitely an M.Sc candidate in Counselling Psychology can apply for the Ph.D course in Clinical Psychology, there is no problem in it.
Candidates those who have completed their Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from a recognized University scoring a minimum of 55% of marks in it can definitely apply for the M.Phil course in Clinical Psychology.

Since, you have completed M.Sc in Counselling Psychology, so you can apply for M.Phil in Clinical Psychology.
Those candidates, who have completed M.Sc in Counselling Psychology with a minimum of 55% marks from any recognized university, are eligible to do M.Phil course in the relevant discipline after qualifying UGC NET/CSIR entrance examination.
Since, you already have completed M.Sc in Counselling Psychology, so you can directly apply for PhD in the relevant discipline instead of M.Phil course as because you are also eligible for PhD course in the relevant stream.
