Sir, I have completed MA in History from IGNOU. I want to join PhD from Delhi University in the same stream. I don't know whether I am eligible or not to pursue PhD in Delhi University. So, I need to know about my eligibility.

Eligibility to pursue PhD(History) in Delhi University for an MA postgraduate of IGNOU is that the applicant must have completed graduation from any university. The applicant must have secured 55% in masters degree.

The applicant should be available for the duration of 3 years.

There is no upper age limit to pursue this course.
