Hello everyone, I want to do a PhD(Anthropology) from Assam University. I just want to know about the eligibility criteria for getting admission and studying this PhD course in this university. Please tell me immediately. Thank you!

Eligibility to study PhD(Anthropology) in Assam University is as follows.

Applicant must have secured minimum 55% in master degree to get admission.

Applicant can get admission through UGC NET or CSIR exam.

Applicant's final selection will be done through interview.

The eligibility to study a PhD in Anthropology at Assam University is a candidate must have passed Master's degree/MPhil in the relevant field with a minimum score of 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. There is no specific age limit to apply for this course. Admission selection will be on the basis of performance in CRET (Combined Research Entrance Test) followed by an interview which is conducted by the university.
