Eligibility to study PhD Applied Physics in Delhi Technological University is a Master’s degree in the relevant subject with minimum 55% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA. In exceptional cases applicant with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology with minimum 75% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA and having proven research capability may also be eligible for the PhD admission in Delhi Technological University.
