Hello friends, can you let me know about the eligibility criteria for getting admission in Banaras Hindu University for studying PhD in Bengali course? Kindly let me know about the eligibility criteria asap. Waiting for your response. Thank you!

Eligibility to study PhD (Bengali) in Banaras Hindu University are mentioned below:-
Candidate must have completed their Master's Degree in relevant stream from a recognised University.
Candidate must have scored at least 55% aggregate in Master's Degree.
Candidate must have to appear for an Entrance Examination.

In order to pursue PhD in Bengali in Banaras Hindu University, you must have completed your master's in Bengali from a recognised University with at least 50% marks and now you have to appear in the BHU Research Entrance Test.
This entrance test is mainly conducted by University in the month of June or July and applications are released in the month of March.

The eligibility criteria to study PhD in Bengali at Banaras Hindu University is:-

==> Candidate must have studied and passed Master's degree in relevant discipline with at least 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.

==> Admission will be done on the basis of marks scored in Research Entrance Test (RET) which is conducted by the university.
