Eligibility to study PhD(Mathematics) in Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Advanced Studies?


Hello everyone, I want to do PhD(Mathematics) from Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Advanced Studies. I just want to know about the eligibility criteria for getting admission and studying this PhD course in this institute. Please tell me immediately. Thank you!

The eligibility to study PhD(Mathematics) in Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Advanced Studies is given below.

=> Ph.D. Mathematics or Doctor of Philosophy in Mathematics is Doctorate Mathematics course.

=> For the admission of Doctor of Philosophy in Mathematics course, the candidate should have passed master degree in the relative field from a reputed recognized university.

=> The duration of Doctor of Philosophy in Mathematics course is three years.

=> The admission of the candidate will be done on the basis of National Eligibility Test.

Eligibility to study PhD(Mathematics) in Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Advanced Studies:

Applicant must have an M.Phil degree in Mathematics or an M.A./M.Sc. degree in Mathematics with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates)
Applicants must have qualified entrance examination and interview conducted by university.
Applicants with a valid score in UGC-CSIR/NBHM JRF are eligible for admission without entrance examination. They can appear in interview the interview directly.
