How can I do Ph.D after completion of MDS? What type of application form I need to fill to get the admission. Can you please help me to understand the flow of admission for the same? It will be helpful if you can answer me back soon!

You need to appear in the Entrance Examinations of the Universities where you want to pursue the course of PhD.
You need to clear any of these Entrance Examinations and once you can do so you will have to appear for a Personal Interview to be conducted by the University.
Once you can clear both these hurdles you will be eligible for the course of PhD in that University.
This is the process that is followed for admission to the course of PhD.
