How to get appointment in colleges and universities? We have to wait until and unless anyone calls us?


I am a qualified CA and now I have qualified NET and JRF both in Jun 2011 attempt.
1. Now how to get appointment in colleges and universities?
2. Is there any campus arrangement or just through internet, and we have to wait until and unless anyone calls us?
3. Can I get JRF award and also join Lecturer-ship, if yes then how?

I passed ugc net and jrf exam Dec 2015. Is its validity start from when result declared or when the certificate is issued.
