Sorry, to inform you that you are not eligible to apply for Ph.D course after B.SC biotechnology, because to apply for Ph.D minimum qualification required is post graduate degree and as you have done bachelors degree, so you are not eligible to apply for Ph.D course.

- So according to my opinion after B.SC biotechnology you must have to go for post graduate degree and, then apply for Ph.d degree course.

- After B.SC biotechnology duration of post graduate degree is 2 years.

Sorry to inform you that you are not eligible to do PhD course after completion of B.Sc in Biotechnology. In order to be eligible for PhD course in the relevant discipline, you must have to complete Master's degree in Biotechnology with atleast 55% marks from any recognized university.
Then after completion of masters degree, you must have to appear and qualify in NET/CSIR examination to get admission in PhD course in the said discipline.

I am very sorry to say that you are not eligible to study Ph.D course at this instant after the completion of your Bachelors degree course.
Candidates those who have completed their Masters degree in the relevant field from a recognized University with a minimum of 55% of marks in it are eligible to opt for the Ph.D course in the same.
So, you must have to complete your M.Sc in Biotechnology, then you can apply for the Ph.D course in the same once after qualify in the NET examination.
