Hi sir, I have a query in my mind, Please solve my query as soon as possible. How and where can i join for PhD in English as a part time course this year.

You need to appear for the Entrance Examinations of various Universities where the course of PhD in English is present.
Once you are able to clear these Entrance Examinations you need to talk with your allotted guide regarding your course as a Part time candidate.
Once you are able to get the approval from your guide to do the course as a Part time candidate you will be able to pursue the course of PhD in English as a Part time candidate.
