Am I eligible to study Part Time PhD in English if secured 53% in Post Graduation?


Friends,
Please advise me on PhD in English admission for Part Time course. I have only 53% in my Post Graduation. Will I b able to do PhD in English?

You have completed M.A in English with 53 % marks from IGNOU so you are not eligible for Ph.D course.

The educational qualification required for Ph.D course is masters degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks. 5% relaxation is given for SC/ST category candidates. Final year student are also eligible for Ph.D exam.

Your age should be below 28 years.
