Is there any institutes in Hyderabad offering Ph.D program without NET/CSIR qualifications? Can you please list those universities for me to start applying for them? Will it be possible to complete the course in like 3 years time or so? Please provide your answer.

No, you can't do Ph.D course without having UGC NET/ CSIR NET score card.

I am sorry to say that there is no such Institute which offers Ph.D course without NET qualified score card. In order to do Ph.D course after the completion of your Masters degree course, you must have to qualify in the NET examination. Without qualifying in the entrance examination, you cannot pursue Ph.D course.
Candidates those who have completed their Masters degree from a recognised University with a minimum of 55% of marks in it are eligible to appear for the NET examination.
