Is it mandatory to study Post Graduation for doing PhD program?
Hello
I have done B.com from Delhi University and have done CS recognized from ICSI. Am I Eligible for PHd or will have to pursue Post Graduation Degree First? |

Yes, it is mandatory to study Post Graduation for doing PhD programme. The eligibility to do PhD is a pass in Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with the minimum of 55% marks from a recognised university. Apart from this you have to appear for an entrance examination and interview for the admission. If you already cleared the UGC/CSIR/JRF/NET/SLET/M.Phil/GATE test then you are exempted from the entrance examination.
