Am I Eligible for PHd or will have

Yes, it is mandatory to study Post Graduation for doing PhD programme. The eligibility to do PhD is a pass in Masterís Degree in the relevant subject with the minimum of 55% marks from a recognised university. Apart from this you have to appear for an entrance examination and interview for the admission. If you already cleared the UGC/CSIR/JRF/NET/SLET/M.Phil/GATE test then you are exempted from the entrance examination.
