As i know As per the norms only MCA can't teach B.Tech but still having dought that , MCA with PhD in Cmputer Sc. Can teach B.Tech?

Yes, MCA with PhD in Computer Science can teach BE/BTech students. To be eligible for a lecturer one should at least complete a Master's degree in any of the relevant subjects with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university. You need to clear NET which is popularly known as UGC NET which is a competitive examination conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency). Once you clear the exam and receive the UGC NET certificate thereafter you can apply for the Assistant Professor profile in reputed colleges and universities across the country.
