I have done my B.Sc chemistry,M.B.A finance can i get admission in M.com .After doing M.com and Phd can i get get a job in senior college for the post of lecturer in commerce i govt college does it fit under ugc norms.

To persue your career as a professor, one must have a master's degree with minimum aggregate marks.

There no age limit , one must have appeared for entrance exams like
NET
GATE
SLET
CSIR NET

If a candidate has PhD degree then they get an exemption from applying for an entrance exam.

Apart from academic, one must have some skills to become a professor.
He must have interest in teaching.
Perfect communication etc
