You must be a post graduate in your concern subject or stream along with either NET Qualified or PH.D in same subject or stream that you would have in P.G. level. I have completed MA LLB. Now I would like to become a lecturer.In MA examination my percentage is 54.5%.So in this situation If I complete my Mphil examination then I will be eligible for net lectureship examination.

Hello Dear.
To become a lecturer in a government college you have to qualified NET exam. NET exam is conducted by UGC this exam is to become a lecturer and JRF Eligibility for UGC NET post graduate with 55% OR its equivalent from university recognized For SC/ST & PWD candidate 50% in post graduate. Age: For JRF, Candidate not more than 28 years. For Lectureship minimum 19 year maximum no limit As relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD 5 years |

i have done Msc in computer science with 74% and have attempted NET on Dec 30th. I have experience of 2 years in private college. Am i eligible for Lecturer in computer science stream in a Govt polytechnic college? Pls suggest.

hai, I have don B. SC maths with 54% mark in distance education. i am doing MBA in distance education. i wanted to become a government college lecture. is it possible? because i am studying in distance education only. i will score 75% mark in MBA. please guide me

Do a post graduate in biotechnology ( specialisation in plant biotech) is eligible for a lecturer in botany. If he has cleared Net in life science stream???

I have completed B.Com as UG and MCA as pg now i want to persue PHD in banking which is relevant to my UG studies .Also I have 10 years of experience in Banking. I want to become a lecturer in govt college ,also i belong to FC.What is the posibility of gettting a job since i am 32 now?

The Eligibility Criteria to join Govt. Polytechnic Institute as a Lecturer is as follows:
Educational Qualification: First Class Bachelor’s Degree in the appropriate Branch of Engineering/ Technology. Relaxation of 5% marks is available for the candidates belonging to SC/ST, i.e., 55% marks is enough for the purpose of eligibility. Age Limit: The minimum age required to apply for this job is 21 years and the limit of age is 40 years for general candidates. 5 years relaxation in upper age for SC/ST Candidates and 3 years for OBC Candidates. NOTE: The age limit may vary from statewise. THANK YOU. |

I have completed MBA in finance with 57% along with Dual specialization in Marketing with first class, now i am eligible or not for the post of lecturer as per the AICTE norms
