Sir, plz tell me the procedure to do phd in political science from distance learning. and also about the eligibilities to do so.

The procedure to do PhD in Political Science from distance learning is, candidates must have a post graduate degree with minimum 55%marks from a recognized university.

The duration of this course is 3 years.
