sir,
i qualified the UGC NET Exam (English) dec 2010 but I am not able to download my e certificate yet. whenever i try, it displays an error message.I am also not getting connected through telephone line of the UGC headquaters in New Delhi.please help me.

I'm not getting my UGC NET E-certificate. It shows some error. Someone please answer how I can download the same.
