What is the procedure to be followed for doing Ph.D in Home Science? Can someone please let me know the details about the entrance exam which we need to attend and get cleared of? I really need to understand the complete information soon as possible.

You must appear for the UGC-NET Examination and once you are able to clear this Examination you will be able to get admission to the course of PhD.
UGC-NET is the Entrance Examination for the students who want to pursue PhD.
The students who qualify in this Examination are entitled to the JRF Scholarship.
So you must prepare for this Entrance Examination and once you clear this Examination you will be eligible to study the course of PhD with a Scholarship.
