Give the information about the set examination for mca student and when he conducted what syllabus will be given for the set examination

SET and NET are conducted twice in a year. The time table for notification and exams are different for different states. You haven't mentioned the state to which you belong.

The exam date and syllabus varies are different state because it is a state level eligibility. Hence, you need to mention the state name in your question.
