Hello Sir/Ma’am, Is PhD program in Physical Education taught in Desh Bhagat University? I am studying M.Phil in Physical Education and interested to do PhD in DBU. Is this university taught Physical Education PhD?

Yes, PhD in Physical Education course is offered in Desh Bhagat University. Basically there is a certain educational qualification required to be eligible for doing this course.

>> Candidates must have completed Post Graduation in order to be eligible for doing this PhD in Physical Education course. The duration of this course is 3 years.

>> You must have secured minimum 55% marks in Master's Degree in order to be eligible. Candidates who are doing their final year of qualifying examination are also eligible.

>> Candidates who have qualified UGC NET or CSIR JRF or GATE or SLET ..etc., are exempted from appearing in this college's entrance examination for getting admission into doctoral program.

Yes, the Desh Bhagat University offers PhD in Physical Education. Those candidates who have passed Master’s Degree in the concerned subject with minimum 55% marks from a university recognized are eligible to apply for the PhD in Physical Education. Admission to the PhD in Physical Education is done through an entrance examination conducted by the university. Those students who have qualified UGC NET exempt from the entrance examination. I am very sorry to say that Desh Bhagat University does not offer PhD course in Physical Education. So, if you want to pursue PhD course in the above mentioned stream, you must try in some other Universities those who are offering PhD in Physical Education.
