Sir will PhD degree from IGNOU be valid for the post of assistant professor?? Sir please help??

Yes, IGNOU is valid because, though IGNOU offers education in distance mode, Ph. D. is offered only in regular mode. You can either pursue part-time or full-time, but still, you can study only in regular mode.
