I have get M.Sc. Chemistry degree from Madurai Kamaraj University by distance education.I have also pass GSET exam for lectureship. Is distance degree valid for Assi. Professor in gujarat state gov. job?

Madurai Kamaraj University is approved by UGC.

You have completed M.Sc. Chemistry degree from Madurai Kamaraj University by distance education so you are eligible for Assistant Professor job in Gujarat State Government colleges because you have qualify in GSET exam.

I want to do MBA in hospital management lateral entry mode from Jaipur national University, DDE. Can I do that? I already have a regular MBA degree. I am from West Bengal so is the degree valid outside Rajasthan?

Yes. Master's in distance mode is valid for GPSC and other government jobs also.

Yes you are eligible to apply for assistant professor post if the university is recognized by Distance Education Council(DEC) and University Grant Commission(UGC).

The eligibility criteria to apply for the post of assistant professor are

The candidates should have a post graduation degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate.

The candidates need to take National Eligibility Test(NET) or State Level Eligibility Test(SLET) examination.

There is no age limitation.

However there are some colleges which do not allow distance mode PG degree to apply for lectureship post.

SIR, I did my BBA.,(47.6% mku 2004), MBA.,(53% alagappa university 2006) M.Phil., (57% mku 2007),from distance education, am i eligible asst.professor job in tntrb government arts & science colleges / government aided colleges.
