You can apply for CA IPCC directly ,if you have a graduation degree in commerce stream with minimum 50%marks and for Non Commerce with minimum 60%marks .

Yes you are eligible for CA IPCC but you have to clear CA CPT then only you can get to the next stage of CA. As you have scored 49% marks in graduation which will not make you eligible for CA IPCC directly.
