There are several M.Sc courses available for you after completing B.Sc Biotechnology, Botany and Chemistry. Based on your interest in plant research, the following courses may be suitable for you:

M.Sc in Agricultural Biotechnology: This course deals with the application of biotechnology tools in the field of agriculture. It covers topics such as plant tissue culture, genetic engineering, plant breeding, and molecular biology. This course can be a good option for those who are interested in developing new crops, improving crop yield, and developing sustainable agriculture practices.

M.Sc in Genetic Engineering: This course focuses on the genetic modification of organisms, including plants. It covers topics such as gene editing, gene regulation, gene expression, and cloning. This course can be a good option for those who are interested in developing new varieties of plants with specific traits or improving the nutritional value of crops.

M.Sc in Plant Breeding: This course deals with the principles and techniques of plant breeding. It covers topics such as genetic variation, plant genetics, breeding methods, and selection of desirable traits. This course can be a good option for those who are interested in developing new varieties of crops that are resistant to pests and diseases, have better yield, or are more nutritious.

All of these courses have good career prospects in research and development, especially in the field of plant biotechnology. You can choose the course based on your interest and career goals.
