Can I do M.Arch while studying Civil Engineering? What is the difference between M.Plan and M.Arch course?

I am studying civil engineering but I want to know if i can do m.arch course? and another is what is the difference between m.plan and m.arch?

Who can help me with this I want to know the better one and if cant do m.arch

What s the best in m.plan??
