Can I get admission to study M.Sc if secured 40% in B.Sc(Mathematics)?

After scoring 40% marks in MATH from VIDYASAGAR UNIVERSITY in B.Sc, Can I read M.Sc in presidency college fr M.Sc? please reply as soon as possible |
