Can i study M.Sc. in Food Science after B.Sc. in Botany?
I am going to complete my B.Sc in botany. I am having interest in food science. So i am confused. Can i do my M.Sc. in food science?

Yes, you can apply for admission in M.Sc Food Science because you are a life science graduate. Normally, most of the universities allow graduates of life science field to enter this course at master degree level.
Therefore, there is no need to worry about your qualification and be prepared for entrance exam because admission will be on merit. |

I am sorry to say this but you are not eligible for this course.
You are eligible for the course of M.Sc in Botany but you are not eligible for the course of M.Sc in Food Science. The change from Botany to Food Science is not allowed and you need to pursue a course related to Botany for your Post graduation. |

I am happy to say you that you are definitely eligible to study M.Sc in Food Science. Since you are a Life Science Graduate, you can enter in this field as a Master Degree because most of the Universities provide admission in the master's field in Food Science for the Life Science Graduate candidates.
