Yes you are eligible for applying all Group posts in Govt. sector, as you had completed your Bachelor Degree.

Group B posts are :-

Chief Planning Officer
Chief Account Officer
Executive Officer at Taluka level
Tahsildar
etc.

Group C posts are :-

First Divisional Assistant
Panchayat Development Officer
Statistical Inviligator
etc.

Group D posts are :-

LDA
SDA
Assistant
etc.

Other than that you are eligible for giving bank clerical and PO exams also
