Whether students of PGDM can apply for all gonernment jobs where MBA students can apply?

Its is mentioned in each and every job whether they want a PGDM or A MBA.

It depends upon the requirement of job itself.

some where pgdm is required,while some where mba is required.

hey i want to tell you that mba is same as pgdm.even the mba given by iim is also pgdm
so no question arise for recruitment of pgdm or mba by any company because both are almost same

yes of course if your college is aicte affliated you can surelly apply for government jobs...

ya sure you can apply for government jobs. becuase mba and pgdm is the same but one is diploma and another is degree.

it depends on the job .. almost for all jobs they can apply

well if your pg diploma is of 2 year duration and recognised by AICTE it is deemed equivalent to normal mba, so , consequently a 2 year pgdba which is AICTE recognised allows you to apply where mba apply

pgdm is diploma which sometime doesn't fulfills degree program so there might be chance if mentioned in particular ..........

it depends on the area in which you work and there are some in which pgdm is required and some where mba is required

pgdm student can apply in banking job where mba vaccencies reqired

my god i see people are giving various comments over here but let me tell you tat B SCHOOLS GIVE DEGREE CALLED AS PGDM like IIM ,ISB ,IPE,AND MANY MORE XLRI LIBA ALL THIS. And MBA from colleges which are affliated to aicte.Both are equal and u can apply for govt jobs.but always remember one who has done pgdm from top 90 b schools will get placed in MNCS.

but may be pgdm cannot apply for NET

its nt like that if ur pgdm institute is affiliated by AIU

i hope it is possible according tomy point of veiw Pgdm is not vaild in ongc bhel ntpc jobs

IN GOVT VACCENCIES THEY REQUIRED MBA OR EQUIVELENT.IF I HAVE PGDM CAN I APPLY?

i am diploma in mech also completed pgdbm and mbs form pune university will i apply for lecturer.

Can Executive MBA apply for Government Jobs??

To my Knowledge, MBA is must and is specified in the job particulars for Govt Jobs.... It will surely matter if you do PGDM and later get denied by Govt requirement just because you are PGDM though it is equivalent to MBA.
