Difference between M.A.(Sociology) and Master of Social Work? Which is more favourable for study?

Sir, many candidates are doing Master of Social Work and many M.A.(Sociology). I am really confused between these two courses. What is the exact difference between these two Master degree? And which one is more beneficial?
