Re: Integrated B.Tech-B.Tech courses offered by colleges are useful?
Integrated B.Tech courses are useful if you are doing Integrated B.Tech and MBA. This is because doing such a course will entitle you as a MBA candidate and you can sit for the vacancies of MBA candidates. However, it is often said that such integrated are not useful especially from the on-campus placement point of view. This is because:
- Companies prefer B.Tech candidates compared to integrated ones when they come for recruitment of B.Tech candidates. - Companies prefer full two year candidates of M.Tech or MBA when they come for recruitment of M.Tech and MBA candidates. Thus, even though integrated students can sit for both the placement drives yet their cut off will be high and getting job offer will be difficult for them. |
