i m doing b.tech+mba course,,now i am in 7th sem.,,4th year.........and in 2012 i will complete my whole course with mba......... plz tell me that will it helpfull to me in future......and in which field i will choose my mba.....what will be the job opportunities for me???????..
i want to proceed with ,, phd after the completion of my whole programme.....can i do it after integrated course,...............

Yes you can do Phd after B.Tech+MBA dual degree.
As very less colleges offer that integrated mode of MBA along with B.Tech, intake will be very less.So it depends on the college for the specialization for you to do in MBA.

Job opportunities and salary offered will be the same as that of the MBA graduates from your college.

Ofcourse it is better for your career to do B.Tech+MBA why you want to go for MBA why don't you go for M.Tech. If you are interested in managerial jobs than thats you have chosen better.

I think it should be done in IT or HR so that you can be HR Manager in any good IT company but do your MBA in HR only if your college has a much market value.

I don't think that there is any need of PHD but if you are interested to work as faculty so just go for Phd after completing B.Tech+MBA.Depends on your interest area.
