Sorry to say that you are not eligible for M.Tech in Mechatronics and Robotics after completing B.Tech Avionics.

To get admission into M.Tech in Robotics and Mechatronics Engineering, you should obtain B.E/B.Tech degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation and Control/ Mechanical/ CSE/IT branch with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university.

So, as per your educational qualification you are not eligible for M.Tech in Mechatronics and Robotics. However you can apply for M.Tech in Avionics. In order to get admission for M.Tech in Avionics, you must have qualified in GATE exam or the entrance exam organized by the respective university.
