I am doing my 2nd year ECE. I want to pursue my post graduation. In which field of electronics is there a better scope so that i can pursue my masters degree ? I am very much confused which field i should narrow down to? Give me a list of courses to take my masters degree. Is robotics a good choice? If so where is it good at? Robotics is just my thought. Please help me.

M.E in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
M.E in Embedded Systems and VLSI Design (ECE)

After successful completion of B.Tech/ B.E (ECE) course, the best option you can choose is M.Tech/ M.E. Again there are several streams in Master degree of Engineering (in Electronics discipline). Several good M.Tech specializations in "Electronics and Communication Engineering" are,

>> M.Tech (Advanced Communication Systems)

>> M.Tech (VLSI System Design)

>> M.Tech (Signal Processing)

>> M.Tech (Robotics)

>> M.Tech (Digital Electronics)

Every specialization has good demand, the only thing is the best specialization would give you good job opportunities. Also Robotics is a good stream, after doing which you can find good number of job opportunities after completion of this course. Since you are interested in Robotics subject, yes you can go with it in your post graduate program. The second option you may choose after robotics is between Embedded Systems and VLSI Systems, or Communication Systems.
