Candidates who have completed their bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks from a recognized college university are eligible to pursue B.Ed course. At first you have to choose an institute, then fill up the application form, attach the required documents and submit it. Now you have to appear for an entrance examination conducted by the institute. Therefore, if you qualify the examination then you will be allowed to get admission to pursue B.Ed course.

For taking admission in B.Ed through distance education in IGNOU, you have to apply online for the admission to the course or you can contact the study centre of IGNOU near your place for admission. The staff in the study centre will guide you regarding admission. The interested candidates should have obtained a graduate degree or post graduate degree in science/social science/commerce/humanity or B.E or B.Tech with 55% marks and Trained in elementary education or candidates who have completed a NCTE recognized teacher education program through face to face mode are eligible for the B.Ed in IGNOU. To get admission in top college you have to qualify the B.Ed entrance exam
There are numerous of colleges offering B.Ed through distance education.
