How to do LLB through correspondence? What is the admission procedure, fee structure and course duration?

There is no procedure to do LLB through correspondence. This is because LLB is not offered through distance education or correspondence. It has been barred from offering by the Bar Council of India.

There are however some Law degrees that are offered through correspondence. But unfortunately Bar Council of India has refused to recognize them. Therefore pursuing such degrees is completely useless.

You can not practice in any Indian court through such degree. Neither you will find any government job with such degree. It is better to apply for the LLB through regular mode. There are some universities that offer LLB course.


Eligibility

1. You should have graduation degree.

2. At least 45 percent marks in graduation.

3. SC/ST need 40 percent marks in graduation.

4. The maximum age limit is 30 years.

5. The age limit is relaxed by 5 years for OBC.

6. Criteria for OBC is same as General.

Eligibility :

* Candidate must have graduation degree with 45 %

* For SC/ST need 40 percent marks in graduation.

* Age limit is 30 years.

* Age limit for OBC 35 years.
