Yes, you must appear and qualify in the entrance exam organized by the Ethiraj College. Normally, the entrance exam notification for Master degree course through Ethiraj College will be released during the month of March/April. The candidate download the application form from the official website of Ethiraj College.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree or a higher degree with Mathematics as main subject from a recognized university.
- Applicant must score at least 50% of marks at Graduation level.

The admission to the M.Sc Mathematics course is based on marks obtained by the student at B.A. level and an entrance exam. Both the entrance exam and graduation scores give equal weightage.
