What is the scope of studying M.Sc in Physics?


Hello Sir/Madam,
I have completed my B.Sc Degree and now I want to do M.Sc in Physics. But I am little bit confuse about it. I want to know about the scope of this M.Sc in India as well as in Abroad. Please tell me about scope asap.

**There are many opportunities available for M.Sc Physics graduates in technical field.after Msc physics one can work as Observations Scientist, Assistant Scientist, Quality Control Manager, Laboratory Technician, School Science Technician or Research Analyst in any government or private organization.

You can also apply for the most competitive exams conducted by Union Public Service Commission such as IFS, IPS and IAS.

Companies for jobs are:-

>>Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL)

the scope of physics is very large in the world.you can choose either teaching profession or research field.you can work as lecturer in junior colleges after msc.If you get a best rank in CISR/NET exam ,you can work as assistent professor.and there are many research fields like BABA ATOMIC RESEARCH CENTER,DRDO, DEPARTMENT OF ATOMIC ENERGY, ISRO and many more like these.
