I am sorry to say that, you are not eligible to attend Infosys Off Campus Interview with the above mentioned percentages in respective qualifications. Yes, the minimum percentage required in order to be eligible for attending Infosys Off Campus drive is "65% marks". The minimum percentage required is given below in detail,

>> In 10th Class - 65% marks - You secured 59.3% marks

>> In 12th Class - 65% marks - You secured 89.3% marks

>> In Graduation (B.E/ B.Tech) - 65% marks - You secured 70.9% marks

Since good academic record (65% marks and above throughout your academics) is required, I am once again sorry to say that you are not eligible since your percentage is less in 10th Class than what is actually required.
