You are not eligible to apply for TCS. You are not met the eligibility criteria what they are framed. They are asking minimum 60% marks. You are failed to obtained 60% marks in Engineering.

No, you are not eligible to appear in TCS Campus recruitment process with the above mentioned percentage criteria. The minimum percentage criteria required throughout your academics is "60% marks" from a recognized institute/ university. Since you have secured less than 60% marks in Engineering, I am once again sorry to say that you are not eligible for that reason. Here are the basic percentage criteria required for TCS Recruitment process.

>> Minimum Percentage Criteria Required in 10th Class - 60% marks
You have secured in 10th Class - 83% marks

>> Minimum Percentage Criteria Required in 12th Class - 60% marks
You have secured in 12th Class - 72% marks

>> Minimum Percentage Criteria Required in B.E/ B.Tech - 60% marks
You have secured in B.E/ B.Tech - Just 59% marks which are less than 60% marks

As per your engineering marks, you are not eligible for TCS recruitment.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for TCS is 60%.

You shouldn't have any pending backlog.

More than two years gap in throughout the studies are not eligible for TCS recruitment.

With the current portfolio which you are holding, you are not eligible for TCS recruitment drive. This is because the minimum eligibility criteria for TCS recruitment drive is- you should have atleast 60% in the entire career, which includes 10th, 12th, B.Tech/B.E. Since you are having less than 60% in B.Tech so you are not eligible. However, if you improve you B.Tech aggregate to 60% before the recruitment drive of TCS by scoring well in the fourth year, you can be eligible for TCS.

I am very sorry to say that you are not eligible for TCS.

As you have less than 60% marks in your graduation, you are not eligible for TCS. Usually for TCS, you must have 6.75 CGPA in your B.Tech/ B.E

But you can always try for small companies or start up companies to start your career in software company.

Except that you should not have any active backlogs and usually they don't allow anyone who have study gap of more than 2 years.
