Am I eligible to get job in IBM if secure 8 CGPA in B.Tech(CSE) having secured 10 CGPA in 10th and 76.2% in 12th?


Dear Friends,
I have got 10 CGPA in class 10th and 76.2% in class 12th. If I can get 8 CGPA in B.Tech(CSE) from UEM, Kolkata then am I eligible to get job in IBM?

Yes, you are eligible for IBM recruitment.

IBM is a reputed international company.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for IBM is,

IBM= 70%

You should not have any pending backlogs.

Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for IBM recruitment.

Yes, you are eligible for IBM.

You have the eligibility criteria what IBM requires for placement recruitment. Usually IBM asks for 65% marks in your 10th, 12th standard and in graduation. As you have that you are eligible to appear for IBM.

But, please make sure that you also have these criteria as well.

> you should not have study gap of more than 2 years.
> you should not have any active backlogs
