Sir i have given the HSC exam in October and i want to work in BPO so my question is that can i do job in bpo on the basis of SSC complete qualification ?

Yes. After completing class 10, you can do a job in BPO.

For non-technical voice-based BPO jobs, the minimum educational requirement is Intermediate or Plus 2. It is essential to have effective communication abilities, knowledge, fluency, a neutral accent, and a presentable voice.

Eligibility for getting job in BPO

For BPO job, the basic educational qualification is 10+2 , for a non technical voice based BPO category job.
They need to have good communication skills and computer knowledge as well.

Freshers with any degree
, fresh graduates, 12th pass candidate with prior experience in delivery operations can join .

Bcom or B.tech degree is preferable as these professionals handle finance, human resources, accounting, sales , purchase etc.
